The Student Entertainment Board (SEB) and KZUU 90.7 FM are bringing Zzutopia to Pullman—a multi-venue music festival showcasing local, regional, and student artists. With performances happening concurrently across four venues, Zzutopia offers a high-energy night of live music, featuring a mix of indie rock, punk, hip-hop, country, blues, and acoustic sets.

  • Date: April 18, from approximately 2:00 p.m. to close.
  • Location: Emporium, Valhalla, Studio A, and The Couch.
  • Admission: Free; sign into venues with Involve.

What to Expect

●     Four Stages, Nonstop Music – A curated lineup across multiple genres.

●     Student Spotlights – The first portion of the night features WSU student musicians.

●     All Ages & 21+ Venues – A mix of all-ages spaces and 21+ stages.

Venues & Lineup

Lineups are subject to change! Student performers to be announced.

Studio A – The home of indie rock, featuring bands and artists that bring fresh energy and genre-bending sounds. All ages welcome.

Aquaveleva, Sunbather Die, Snacks at Midnight, Ideomotor, Jang the Goon and IAMTOPP. 

Emporium – The raw energy of punk and hip-hop fills this venue. Expect high-energy performances and heavy beats. 21+ after 8 p.m. 

JUSTMITCH, Bvtters, Kung Fu Vinyl, and Oble Reed.

Vhall – A night of country, blues, and indie rock, featuring everything from soulful ballads to lively anthems. Exclusively 21+.

Blaine Andrew Ross, AKRBBB, Fall of the conscience, Terra Nobody, and THEM.

The Couch (KUGR Stage) – A dedicated student-only stage featuring acoustic and indie acts in an intimate setting. All ages welcome.

Why Zzutopia?

Zzutopia is about more than just live performances—it’s about revitalizing Pullman’s music scene and giving independent artists the space to be heard. Whether you're discovering new sounds or supporting your favorite local bands, Zzutopia is a one-night-only experience you won’t want to miss.

FAQ: 

  • Are there any prohibited items?

    Yes – don’t bring your own food, drink, or alcohol to any of the venues. Food and drinks will be available for purchase at Valhalla and Emporium. Please don’t bring water bottles, large bags, or backpacks. No vaping allowed inside any of the venues. 

  • Do I need a ticket?

    No! This event is free for all WSU students. You will need to scan into the event using the ‘Involve” app, and we’ll give you a festival wristband! Don’t take your wristband off between venues.

  • What should I bring?

    Wear comfortable shoes, your ID, your WSU ID, any cash or card (if you want), ear protection (it’s gonna get loud)! 

  • Tips and tricks for attending Zzutopia?
